Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage
- The warranty for your JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd product varies depending on the product model. You may find the applicable warranty for your product via the product detail page, in your product documentation, or by contacting our support team.
- This Warranty applies to new JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd products purchased from an authorized JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd reseller by the original purchaser for normal use and not for resale.
- JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd warrants that a covered product is free from defects in manufacturing, with the exceptions stated below.
Warranty Duration
- This limited warranty lasts for 1 year or 2 years, or a fixed period from the date of purchase, depending on when and where it was originally purchased. You may find the applicable warranty for your product via the product detail page.
- You may also register your product during a 90-day time period following your purchase to extend its warranty to 2, 3, or 5 years, depending on the item. A valid proof of purchase will be required to prove eligibility.
- If you do not have a valid proof of purchase, the limited warranty period will be measured from the date of sale by JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd to the authorized distributor.
Warranty Exceptions
The product warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Commercial use
- Misuse
- Accident
- Modification or alteration to hardware or software
- Tampering
- Unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications
- Improper maintenance
- Failure caused by a product for which JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd is not responsible
There is no warranty for loss of data; you must regularly back up the data stored on your product to separate media. There is no warranty for a product with removed or altered identification labels. JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd is not responsible for returning to you a product that is not under warranty.
Warranty Service
JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd will replace the product with a functionally equivalent replacement product, transportation prepaid. In cases where the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or a JEYI product fault, JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd will cover the shipping costs. However, if the issue is found to be caused by the user's mishandling, misuse, or any other factor not related to a manufacturing defect or JEYI product fault, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement product.JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd may replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired, and tested to meet JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd’s specifications. You are responsible for the importation of the replacement product, if applicable.
JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd will not return the original product; therefore, you are responsible for removing accessories and/or moving data to other media before returning. Data recovery is not covered under this limited warranty and is not part of the returns process. JEYI Innovation Co., Ltd warrants that the replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.
